Bookings and Cancellations

How do I book an appointment?

All bookings are managed through our secure online booking system. Simply select your preferred service, location, and time to confirm your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can read our full cancellation policy by clicking here.
Cancellation >48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellation <48 hours in advance will be subject to a £60 cancellation fee.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Rescheduling is free up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a £30 rescheduling fee applies.

Payment and Insurance

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, and direct bank transfer.

Do you accept private health insurance?

Yes, we are registered with several insurers. However, eligibility will depend on your individual policy. We recommend confirming this directly with your insurer, or you are welcome to contact us for guidance.

When is payment taken?

Payment is taken either at the end of your appointment or ahead of time depending on the method of booking. Confirmation of payment arrangements can be found in your booking confirmation.
Test Procedures

What tests are included in my assessment?

The exact procedures carried out will depend upon the type of appointment booked but also other factors including reason for assessment and your medical history. To see a detailed breakdown of each type of assessment we offer, please review the individual services pages by clicking here.

Are there any risks I should know about?

Generally all of the test procedures we perform are very safe and have minimal risks associated with them. Any small risks which are present will be explained to you in detail during your appointment. If you have any specific questions or concerns ahead of your appointment, please get in touch.
Confidentiality & Data Handling

How do you keep my information safe?

We comply with UK GDPR. Your data is stored securely and only used for booking and clinical purposes. Clinical reports are sent via our secure email-gateway powered by Egress which securely encrypts your data. Our clinical systems are securely encrypted and password protected to ensure we maintain your data security.

Do you share my details with anyone else?

We only share information where necessary—for example, with your GP or consultant if you request it. We never sell or share data for marketing purposes.
