About Balance Rehabilitation
What is balance rehabilitation?
Balance rehabilitation is a programme of tailored exercises designed to help the brain and body adapt when the balance system isn’t working properly. These exercises make use of natural mechanisms such as compensation, adaptation, and habituation. Over time, this helps reduce dizziness, improve stability, and restore confidence in daily activities. Rehabilitation can be effective for a wide range of balance problems, from inner ear disorders to longer-term unsteadiness.
